Welcome to paperflip.in, a venture of Kolkata (Hridaypur), it has been designed for all the invitation card buyers. We are honoured by your visit and assure you of our sincere efforts to provide best of the services. We render our services to your acceptance of the conditions mentioned below. We request you to please read them carefully.

Delivery Time

• Digital Card (Video, Caricature, eInvites etc) will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days.

• Paper Card will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.

• In the case of seasonal rush, delivery time can be affect.

• Urgent Video/Caricature/eInvites order cost will be charge extra Rs ₹1000/-

General Conditions

• Our prices are fixed rates; there is no place for bargaining over our prices.

• Payment will be 100% in advance for ready templates. No refund will be provided, as the design you see & approve is what you will be receiving.

• Only Text and Images will be changed in provided Samples.

• The content & details provided by you can’t be changed once you final it.

• Please provide the content carefully and cross-check for spelling mistakes as we will add the exact same content provided by you.

• If you want to change font style/colour, background colour, the cost will be additional ₹150/-. If you need any changes please tell us before with proper hex code, text link and Images . 

• Only provided images will be added. You can’t change the pictures again & again. (Note that we do not offer a photo editing service. If you want that per image will be charge Rs 600/-).

• No Video Frame will be moved/added or changed from its original position. It can be extra chargeable as ₹600/- per slide.

• Music can be changed as per your choice. But, one tune only and share the song or tune link of your choice. (Note that we do not provide song editing/ cutting services).

• The revision will be done one time after the first draft of the video or eInvites. If changes are required after finalization, charges will be applicable according to the changes necessary.

• No full Watermark will be there on the final Invite, only. Our logo will appear on the last slide of the invite (Designed by paperflip.in). The removal cost will be an extra ₹300/-.

• We do not share open files/ templates. So please do not ask for them. And your final delivery of a video or eInvites you will get through WhatsApp.

• By default we make design in 1080×1920 pixels, if anyone want to change the size, you must provide the design size before ordering.

• After the client’s event, we can share or upload their invite/caricatures on our portfolio. If anyone objects to the same, they can deny it before order or ask for a delete on our portfolio.

Policies of the site modification

Paperflip reserve the right to make changes to our site policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforce ability of any remaining condition.

Copyright and proprietary rights

Anyone can visit and use of this site and services. However, you are restricted from downloading or modifying any portion of the website including images. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without written consent of Paperflip.

All proprietary content and materials on this website, including without limitation this site's layout, organisation and design, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights and laws. You agree to comply with all such protections provided by applicable law.

The law and jurisdiction

By visiting paperflip.in, you agree that the laws of INDIA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws (The competent Courts at Kolkata, West-Bengal will have the complete jurisdiction for the matter and all the other courts will be excluded), will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Paperflip.
